Open Source Models

Open Source Models are those AI models whose underlying code, architecture, and sometimes even training datasets are publicly available for anyone to use, modify, and share. This openness fosters collaboration, transparency, and innovation by allowing developers worldwide to contribute and improve these models. A well-known example is TensorFlow, which provides a range of open source models. Unlike proprietary models, open source models enable an open exchange of ideas and technology that accelerates advancements in AI.
