Open-ended Outputs

Open-ended outputs refer to responses generated by models that are not restricted to a predetermined form or limit. Unlike tasks with closed responses, such as fill-in-the-blank, open-ended tasks produce diverse and creative outputs, like stories or free-form text. This involves generating text where the model makes decisions on length and content, akin to human-like storytelling. It's especially relevant in tasks such as chatbot interactions or content creation.
